Chris came for our semi-annual check-up and had to repair a sizeable hole in our Furnace thanks to some mischievous puppies. He fixed it quickly and professionally and there was no charge for this due to our contract. Great company!
Gerald was top notch. He was polite, easy to speak with and a beautiful representation of Bartlett. He spoke very highly of the company the fact that It was family owned and said, "they took a chance of a guy like me straight out of school 3 years ago."
