I saw the ad for a clean and check special for $80 in the Anoka Shopper. Customer Service was wonderful with the ease of setting appointment and Kyle was very knowledgeable and even called beforehand to let me know how far out he was since they gave me a 4 hour span. The only issue I had was the cleaning that I needed was "additional" and not included in the special which was why I called them out in the first place ~ to have it cleaned. I also had him install a programmable thermostat which I was charged for and he did honor the coupon online.

We were in a bind without heat over the weekend. I saw the reviews and went with Superior and had a great experience. Kyle came out and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and it was a fair rate. I would encourage anybody with emergency heating issues to call.

I'm very happy with the sale and installation of my Space Ray CB50 heater in my garage. Lead technician, Chris W. was very professional and thorough. I paid more to have this professional installation done by Superior Heating than I might have by using some fly-by-night contractor, or even doing the job myself, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. I called other companies I had used in the past but none of them were able to do all the things I needed done. When I called Superior, Kim said they were able to do electric, duct cleaning and hook up the gas line I needed. Fair prices. Mark did a great job explaining things and did quality work. I will use Superior again and recommend to others. Thanks!
