This is a quality business. I called multiple different chimney cleaning services. 2nd generation chimney was actually my 4th call as I was just going down the google list. As I called so many different places, I was able to get a good feel for the companies. When the Admin for 2nd Chimney answered the phone, she was kind, polite, professional, and provided a great overview of the service. She was also very straight forward with the pricing… unlike other businesses I called. She was even able to get me in sooner than we originally booked the service for! The amount I paid was less than a few other competitors and 2nd chimney was offering the same services as the others. When the technician entered our home for the service, he was extremely kind and professional. He did a fantastic job and there was ZERO mess. I will definitely be using 2nd chimney services again!!
