Our normal heating company was booked so we found Superior Heating as it had great reviews. Customer service was great and we were fortunate a tech, Kyle, was in the area! From initial call to service completed it was about 2 hrs! Kyle did a great job explaining what was wrong and gave great tips for us to help with maintenance. Very knowledgeable of his work and respectful of our home. We may have to change our company to go to for future needs!
Kyle was efficient and knowledgeable. He repaired the furnace very quickly and gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I am completely satisfied with the work done.
