Our normal heating company was booked so we found Superior Heating as it had great reviews. Customer service was great and we were fortunate a tech, Kyle, was in the area! From initial call to service completed it was about 2 hrs! Kyle did a great job explaining what was wrong and gave great tips for us to help with maintenance. Very knowledgeable of his work and respectful of our home. We may have to change our company to go to for future needs!

My technician, Kyle, called me ahead of time and gave me an accurate ETA. When he arrived, he greeted me and then went to work. He tested all electrical and cooling system thoroughly. When he was finished, he went over what he found and made recommendations. Great job!
