We had to call MasterTech on a Saturday morning because we had a drain that backed up and then caused our toilet to stop working. Due to the nature of our plumbing, the tech had to remove the toilet to snake the line for the drain. He was completely upfront about the pricing all the way and was very accommodating. We were also having a washer delivered that morning, so he was happy to expedite the work in order to allow that to happen on schedule.

Corey was here ahead of schedule, I filled him in on our drain issue and he got right to work. After snaking the drain we filled up the sinks on our production line to make sure all was well and it passed with flying colors.
