Hi I called up in a bit of a tizzy because my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I got a very nice person on the phone I think his name is Duncan part of me if that’s not correct. I know it started with a D and he is also very professional and actually has a very dry sense of humor which I really appreciate it. RJ came over and immediately started working and gave me tips on how to meeting the air conditioner so I don’t have mold and I was really pleased to find out that information. He was efficient and quick and very professional. I really appreciate the service call and Aaa.
