I have had the company for 12 years. I have had a service plan with them for amount of time as well. Anytime something has been wrong with the A/C unit wether small or big, during normal business hours or emergency hours, they have always responded with great service and professional tech's who always have done an outstanding job. I would recommend this company for new installs or yearly maintenance.
