Ira took the time to explain the problem with the A/C and gave us the pros and cons to be able to take the appropriate decision as per to change the A/C or to invest in repairs. He made a temporary repair to give us time to make a decision and we felt no pressure on taking out decision to change the A /C.

This maintenance contract is well worth it for peace of mind (re damage that poor maintenance can do to a home) -- and Victor is such a nice, professional, comprehensive tech - very easy & enjoyable to communicate with as a homeowner - that is so important to me! Thank you for keeping my system out of "trouble"! (My previous home warranty company didn't do that and because of that I still have resultant repairs to complete on my damaged home.)
