Cory was very patient with us. He got to the bottom of our water heater problem, coming three times until we resolved all the issues, which turned out to be a bad breaker, and only charged us for the original visit. Very happy with the service!

I had slow water leaking somewhere per city water department, it was also proved by my water bill as well. I called mastertech in the morning and josh showed up quickly. He thoughly checkered everything inside of house and yard . He gave my builder information of what he found per my permission since this is new building. I am working with builder now to fix the problem. But josh”s quick response and professional manner are appreciated . Thanks master tech!
