We have been loyal 2nd Generation Chimney customers for a few years now. We have a couple of properties and had one chimney fully rebuilt and another repaired and they did a wonderful job. The detail and care was so thoughtful. During our rebuild, it was an especially hot week and the mortor color we chose did not dry consistently and they came back and totally redid it! I was amazed and grateful. Their commitment to make sure their work is excellent is truly 100%. We've had the pleasure of working with Tyler the most over the years and he is a gem. He's committed to customer service and educating his customers about the status of their chimney/fireplace and has even returned to provide a full explanation on how to start a fire in your fireplace after we were not having success with our fires. This company & Tyler go above and beyond to provide the best service and workmanship. We're so glad we chose this company. Thanks 2nd Gen Chimney & Tyler!
