As a former service manager for a nationally known machine tool distributor, I KNOW great service and equipment when I see it. Jordan Samper of Mid-Florida represents his company in a manner that fills the definition of great service. I truly appreciate that Mid-Florida offers the annual service policy at a fair price. With Jordan in the field and the office staff backing him up, they have a winning combination. Thanks again for getting us "warm" [and cool] quickly!

Al was the 3rd AC man that came to my door from Mid Florida air and the only one that could figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. My home is a new build from Gallery Homes and one of the AC men turned down the fan in the unit and my house thermostat was at a constant 84 degrees which was too hot. and the fan was not high enough for the air to go down to what it was set at. Which was 77 degrees. I had moved into my new home 2 months ago and have been suffering with this problem and AL. T came and finally figured out that the fan needed to be turned up. He seemed to care more than the other mid florida ac men.
Everything was great. Tec did a great job
