Alex misdiagnosed our issue and encouraged us to buy a $10k digital panel. The issue persisted, a different TE technician came out, and diagnosed a different issue. Glad we did not purchase the $10k panel.

Very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Terrance did a thorough job and explained everything to me in detail about the installation for the stove and TV.
