Same courteous and on-time service I have always gotten from Bayonet. I just recommended Bayonet to a friend to install a new AC system. Bayonet was the least expensive of the offers, rapid installation and excellent follow-up.

We had a service window of 5 - 9 pm. The technician, Chad Morgan, was in our area earlier and was able to fit us in shortly after 2:00 p.m. He quickly diagnosed our A/C problem, took corrective action, and was on his way. Very professional. We're sticking with Bayonet!

The service technician arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgable, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He performed the a/c service in a reasonable amount of time and clearly explained his findings to us. We were very pleased with the service from Bayonet. and Nelson Charon in particular.

Nelson Always does a good job and if anything goes wrong I'm always confident that bayonet will take care of whatever it is.
