Hot water heaters don't leak at your convenience. But, when mine did, MasterTech responded quickly, and I had hot water with no leaks the following morning. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. They provided a reasonable estimate, and there were no surprises when I was given the invoice. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I would recommend them to anyone requiring such service.

MasterTech took into account that I had other appointments the day I needed service and scheduled my service when I could be there. They called me ahead of time to tell me Josh was on his way as well as sending an email. Josh was prompt and extremely courteous. He checked my service record I am assuming, to determine if I may have needed something else or an additional service because I have lots of trees that send roots through my lines. He found my problem and finished quickly. I will never call anyone but MasterTech. They handle any work I have done.
