We had excellent service from the booking of the appointment to payment for services rendered. Customer service was friendly and polite. Cory was our service technician and he arrived promptly and gave us excellent and efficient service. After his review of the work to be done, an expert estimate was offered. We had 3 choices from which to choose. We had the valves under the kitchen sink replaced and had Cory connect the ice maker on our new refrigerator. The work was done quickly with no mess left behind. Cory was so pleasant and represented Master Tech's policy for customer satisfaction very well. We will use Master Tech again if their services are needed.
