I paid the initial diagnostic cost of $98. My technician was very nice but couldn’t diagnose the issue of my ac problem. I was informed that I needed to pay another $300 for a more extensive search. I still don’t know what the problem is. So, my service Was Not Excellent!!!

Mark and his associate were excellent! Most professional! Mark explained thoroughly what was wrong and how they could repair my AC. He then showed me the options for repair thoroughly. Your company is very fortunate to have an employee like Mark and his associate. I’m sorry I forgot the associate’s name, but I’m old.

We would rate Antonio's visit 5 stars. He was polite, thorough, informative and made sure everything was working correctly. He also drove some distance to our aid and after normal hours. We are entirely satisfied with his visit. Also, we needed a repair soon given the heat. We think it was a great service from the rest of the company. Another night with no air would have been awful.
