when a prior repair (by a different staff member) did not solve the problem, and the A/C was frozen up 2 days after that repair, Jed did what he could to get back out to me the very next day (a Sunday) and did a thorough inspection to determine the issue. I appreciated his working things out to see me as soon as possible.
