Bayonet customer service has been great. The girls are always pleasant and kept us updated as to when our Tech, Juilo would arrive. Julio Gonzalez was extremely professional and very efficient! He found a problem with a couple of leaks that the previous service person could not. He would not quit until he solved our issues. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend Bayonet and Julio.

I love this company. We have used them since we moved into our home- 4 years ago. They have been wonderful. Today’s service call was exceptional. I appreciate each and every time we call them for all or any of our heating/cooling needs. They are right there to help us.

Fernando did a great job with our 6 month AC system check. He was extremely polite and professional. He came into the house with booties on his shoes and only touched what he needed to which was critical in this scary time with COVID-19. I have used Bayonet since I moved to Florida 4 years ago and have never had an issue.
