I just wanted to let you know what a great job your technician Frank did on fixing my AC today. He really followed through and went out of his way to repair my AC and get my house cooled down. I also was treated so well by the girls in the office. They quickly ordered the part I needed to complete the job and got it in as fast as possible. I have a very 'quirky' air conditioner and Bob is a magician!!! He is very reliable, honest and excellent at troubleshooting and solving mechanical issues. I won't let anyone else operate on my a/c unit.....when it goes...Bob will be the one to pronounce it dead and get me a new one!!! Thankyou Bob!
Paying $767 to repair something that replacing it will cost a lot more, and being told that it will cease functioning soon after paying that amount... sure sets me to thinking that if this is all true, I would have preferred doing without this expensive repair and move forward with what appears to be an imminent need to replace the system...
