From the first call - having a live person answer the phone on a Saturday afternoon! - to the final handshake with Ricky, our whole experience was stress free. Ricky and his apprentice, Navy, were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. They did a great job of explaining everything in layman’s terms and kept explaining until I understood. A water leak is never pleasant, but TE Certified took care of us like family. I highly, highly recommend!

Nondisclosure of required permit and code inspection during the sales process, at the point of agreement or upon installation. After payment, was not provided with an invoice, warranties, photos or of notice of required permit and inspection. Coordination and communication was severely lacking.
