Rony arrived on time. I was kept informed of when he would arrive. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He explained the process of what he would be checking. He wore shoe covers inside my house and I definitely appreciated that. Answered all my questions and gave me advice on when to change my air filter.

This was my first appointment with Bartlett and Rony did a fantastic job. His inspection was thorough and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with one of my units. Stephen was friendly and professional and was in constant communicaiton with the home owner while conducting service even while the home owner was not readily available onsite. He coordinated before and after the service was done and detailed all necessary details for the home owner to make a well informed decision. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any cooling and heating services.

Rony was excellent today! He was very kind and professional and took his time to make sure all my 3 units were well taken care of! He wore shoe slips inside which was an added touch of respect! I did sign up for their maintenance program which saves you money for spring and fall tune ups plus more!

Great same day service. I rated Rony five stars. I rated cost as only four stars because some companies roll the initial diagnostic fee into the repair if there turns out to be a repair. Also, I didn’t downgrade Rony for not providing a quote before he started the repair since it was under $500, but he needs to provide a quote for all repairs before he starts the work. Thanks for fixing the Ac!
