Victor was amazing!! He listened and took the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix it. Left everything clean and picked up. He was respectful to my 93 year old grandma and answer all her questions. Took the time to make sure everything was running properly. I will be recommending this company.

We found issue of changing the filter to be unsolvable without considerable cost to me. The bi-fold door has to be taken off before filter can be changed (I am unable to do this) - opening with door is not wide enough for filter to fit. I would suggest this situation be added to your checklist so customer is aware or issue can be remedied. He tried but was unable to remedy situation. Not his fault. Would appreciate a response to this issue.
