Juan the technician was earlier than anticipated. He was courteous and went straight to do his job. He was very careful while going in and out of the house and left the work area clean. At the end he explained the scope of work performed and the recommendations. You also get an email for your records! Nice and easy.

We found this company back in 2013 and they installed our air conditioner and since that time they have been exceptional. Friendly, professional and prompt. They are the best and I would not go to any other company as their services are absolutely fantastic. Our air conditioner went down on us yesterday and I made one call to them this morning and they gave me a slotted time for their arrival on the same day. Well Josue Taleno came on time as per agreed by his office and he called me before he arrived and poor guy had to run up and down the stairs to his van a few times and he did not complain about it at all. He is excellent and delivered a high level of service with a smile. I highly recommend AAA Modern Air as just good service in Miami is not easy to come by and they are so professional and know what they are doing. Thank you for always looking after us, we appreciate your services !!
