Superior told us that they were short staffed and we had a leak in our hot water heat line. They said that they would try to get us fixed that day, but we should get the fireplace going for back-up. Kyle called a few hours later and had everything done by lunch time! A bit expensive but I would not hesitate to call Superior again.
