I’m a weekend-warrior DIY guy who watches too many YouTube videos about the “right” way to do things. I’m critical to a fault and usually hesitant to hire out work. When my AC started failing, I even went as far as passing the EPA 608 exam so I could fully understand what was involved. But I knew this job needed true professionals. From the very beginning, Tony (our sales consultant) made the process easy, transparent, and pressure-free. Matt and his install team then delivered a super clean, thoughtful installation. Every detail was handled with care—from the precise routing of the condensation lines to the neat wire clips on the humidifier. The price was also very reasonable for the level of quality and professionalism delivered. I couldn’t be more impressed with both the sales experience and the install quality. If you’re as picky and hands-on as I am, you’ll still walk away feeling confident you made the right choice.
