Eric has been one of my main contacts for many years and has always been so kind and helpful. Today, I would like to raise up Jed Scatliffe. This is the 3rd or 4th time that he has Serviced my units in one capacity or another over the period of a few years. He is always courteous, kind, patient in listening to the customer, respectful of your property, Super knowledgeable, very fast at solving whatever issue you're having and arrives early or right on time! I couldn't be happier with AAA Modern Air and I'm always happy to see Jed's smiling face because I know my A/C unit will be back up and running asap. Thanks so much friends!
