We had a leak from a condensation pipe that was hard to find. TE Certified sent someone out very quickly and our technician, Armando, did a great job of inspecting everything carefully. He provided lots of pictures and documentation and did a good job of explaining what the problems were and how to fix them, and also was careful to double check whether the completed work actually fixed the leak. I'm very glad for the work he did.

Matthew was absolutely fantastic, neat, tidy, prompt and an excellent communicator. He professionally repaired our outdoor kitchen issue and drainage and thoughtfully reviewed several options for us. Would ask for him again if i ever need the services, and would highly recommend him.
