Mike was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and act to get it corrected. He explained how and why it was not working and also explained how we can keep the main level stay cooler. So happy to get it fixed quickly and accurately.😀

Nick was timely, called when he was on the way. He explained what was wrong and how he corrected the problem, and explained how we can look for diagnostics via blinking lights on the unit (never knew we could do that!). He gave us an awesome price and was very thorough.
