The air-conditioning has a lick they came fast. Greg was very professional,excent service. He was very nice and asked me If I have any questions. He gave me suggestions for taking care of the unit. He also show me and explain what he was doing.

He was a very congenial young man. However, when I questioned what I had seen previous techs do during regular maintenance checks that he did not do, he had a reason for not doing it. I told him all of the techs had vacuumed the drain pan and he said I would have to disassemble the ductwork to do so. However, he said he put tablets through the drain hole that should take care of the drain pan. I said OK. He did take the cover off of the electrical connections and checked those I think. However, he did not put the gauges on to test the Freon and what not which they have always done in the past. I simply do not know what to think about my six month maintenance. However, during our conversation, I asked him how long he had been with a company and he said one month. I so appreciate AAA for sending a veteran tech to a very faithful customer since 2013. And I have spent thousands of dollars During the period from then to now.

I’ve been with this company over a long period of time and I was quoted one price on the phone and I got a bill for a different price which just happened to equal out to my $65 service charge plus and I called back to talk to Erick the man that I talk with this morning and he wouldn’t even come to the phone I was told by Gary that he had sent a quote over on Saturday
