One of the installers who was scheduled failed to show at the shop, so Joshua and Luis were sent. The delay was about 45 minutes, but that was the only glich of the day.

Expert installers

My crew consisted of Robert, Brian, Jeremy and Tim. They installed my windows with a high level level of expertise and care. They were perfectionists. Any issue, and there were hardly any, was immediately addressed. They were all very friendly and personable. They worked well together and prepped the areas and thoroughly cleaned up each day.

Excellent Door and Window Replacement

Weather Tight product is more costly than other window and door providers, but the quality and service is definitely worth it. I wanted to buy locally and was glad I found Weather Tight several years ago at Waukesha County Fair. This is my second major purchase

Impressive service

Patrick did an awesome job. He found a problem with the house that was only going to get worse and fixed it. I don’t believe all people would have informed me of the issue. I truly appreciate his honesty. He took time to explain things to me and answered any questions I had.

There is 2 holes on the side of the door that was not there before. He said it was. If it was it would not be painted. It is beyond the molding.

The title pretty much says it all. The products speak for themselves as far as build quality is concerned, as does their appearance. The installation team of Brian, Tim, Sabin and Eric were great. They kept us informed throughout the installation process and answered our questions with straight forward easy to understand answers. We would have this team back without hesitation. Great job guys.
