I recently had the opportunity and pleasure to have Shane Fritzen (and his very helpful and respectful apprentice, Chase) remove an old water heater from inside of my garage and install a new one. Great price, too! I did some comparing. My water softener tank was in the way, and Shane and Chase took care of that with a smile. On another visit he changed a valve on the main water shutoff in my garage. He had to chip into the wall because the old one was installed incorrectly and was too close to the wall. It was impossible to get it changed otherwise. He did a great job and patched the stucco, too! Above and beyond, I'd say! I will be asking for Shane again. Very satisfied with Bayonet Plumbing. Shane was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns.

I have been a customer with Bayonet for over 10 years! Bayonet takes care of all my rental properties and my primary home. Nelson Charron in the AC division continues to provide excellent customer service. Nelson is dependable, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and the only one I call for AC. It's wonderful having the same technician year after year and not having to deal with a new technician when issues arise. Says a lot about the company. Great job Nelson.
