Walter provided another outstanding service. I feel such a sense of comfort knowing he's checked out my AC unit. He installed a Heme Halo Air Purifier and provided lots of info about it, the registration/warranty process and health benefits to name just a few benefits. For any future AC needs, I'm going to request Walter. Bayonet has an excellent employee in him and he should be rewarded as such.

All the techs are great, but Walter Anglin, by far, has been the most informative to date. He really took the time to explain some preventative measures that I should be following to avoid problems in the future that could cost me expensive repairs. Fernando is seriously the best! We've been dealing with AC issues since moving into our new house 6 months ago.
