I've been with Mid Florida Air for 12 years which in it's self is because their Techs are always top notch. I have two accounts which are serviced by different techs and both of them are Outstanding! The Main Office Staff is another story and requires some retraining in customer service as well as their communication skills. I recently have been getting the feeling that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Confusion abounds in the office. I give the Techs an excellent rating and the Office Staff awful as a rating. Change is good for a company.
