I'm pretty sure all of the other reviews are fake. We had one wire come loose on our furnace. They came out on a Saturday which I get you will pay more. The technician push the wire back in and said that he fixed it. The total was $175 for the service call and another $150 to push the wire back in. What a joke. Don't do business with a shady operation like this. Never again will I use this company.

I was able to reach out to Steve today and resolve the issue. We are using a new mobile system that does our pricing for us. We were able to refund Steve for the $150.00 due to the pricing error. Steve was great on the phone and mentioned he was satisfied with the resolution.
