Luis and his assistant, Jose, did a very nice job. Luis is very professional and systematic in approach and personable I would request him again without question for future projects. When I first scheduled my appointment (on a Thursday) I was told that my soonest appointment would be for Monday. They did reach out to me on Friday morning to let me know a tech would be able to come out that day and look at my garbage disposal. Elijah came out and was very professional. He was able to install my new disposal (which I purchased at Home Depot) in a timely manner. My disposal is working properly. The price for the installation was almost three times the cost of the disposal itself, but was a little cheaper than Home Depot’s installation. I reached out to TE because they have some work for me before and I haven’t had any issues/complaints about their work. I’m giving a 5 star for service, but 4 star for overall experience due to cost.

I had my light switch replaced. My technician David provide great customer service. He made me aware of all the options I had and did not pressure me into purchasing any particular one/package deal. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable.
