Typical excellent service from Jonathan at AAA Modern Air. Dispatch informed me when he was on the way (so I could crate my dog), he arrived within the window alloted, went right to work performing the preventative maintenance, and along the way answered all my questions regarding his findings, status of my unit, coils' condition/dirt level, etc. Gave me interesting info regarding the average cost of a standard, aluminum coils 5-Ton Unit ($7K!) and insight about the more-prone-to-problems nature of aluminum coils. My current Rheem unit has the superior, older copper coils, for which I'm glad. Anyway, two thumbs up for Jonathan!
