John and Austin were fantastic! They arrived on time and listened as I explained our electrical issue. They got straight to work diagnosing and worked up multiple options and quotes. They were able to repair our dryer cord, the electrical outlet, and made some recommended safety updates to our breaker within a couple of hours. John also answered a few questions I had regarding some other electrical situations in our home and made some great recommendations. I can't say enough how great TE Certified has been with our HVAC and electrical issues we've had over the past year. All of the techs that have visited have been on time, courteous, and knowledgeable!

Marvin Deleon went above and beyond to take care of our AC issue! He arrived on time and ready to help. He diagnosed the issue and explained everything in great detail. I am so thankful he was able to get our repair expedited because this was during the heat wave and we were without AC with 3 dogs and a baby in the house. I can't thank Marvin enough for his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism!
