My tech, Jaron, was very personable, professional, polite and proficient in explaining everything that I had questions about. I have only had my TE Certified HVAC for 10 months and have had over the top positive experiences since my first contact with the sales person, the installers, and now my first service call tech, Jaron. I needed help with several issues, and I am totally satisfied with the service provided.
