I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Malik today. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system, explained everything clearly, and had it back up and running in no time. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also performed a full system check to ensure everything was working at peak efficiency. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really showed. Highly recommend TE Certified and Malik for anyone needing honest, expert HVAC service.

This company came recommended to me by my home inspectors. Craig & Dan were on time which I loved! I needed an outlet installed behind a mount & tv I had them put up. I showed them the space, they gave me my estimate, once I signed off, they got right to work. They worked swiftly, were professional & polite. They also cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed. I also requested they give me an estimate for my next home project. If they keep this up, I’ll be a customer for life! Thank you guys. You did a great job!

In the end, the technician was extremely thorough, polite and knowledgeable. The decision to go with them for replacement of units will hinge a lot around price but the technician was pretty awesome!
