This is a great company to work with! I appreciate the email reminders when I am due for cleaning and safety check and it was easy and flexible to schedule. We have been using your service for several years and we keep coming back because of your excellent service! However this last time you were here 10/25/24 my white Berber carpet down stairs has black footsteps around where the tech was working. I was surprised because in the past Trever was ALLWAYS VERY clean and went out of his way to not make a mess. I own “Drop Cloths” I would have put down had I known! I’m going to have a carpet cleaner come out and hopefully remove the stains. Other than that we have never had a problem and continue to be a loyal customer. ( In the future, may I ask that you use drop cloths when working on the basement fireplace! Thankyou, Patrick and Jane Arcand.
