Horrible Communication

Getting the heat fixed took over a month and there absolutely no communication from the company with me letting me know about all the hold-ups.

Kari- We are sorry you feel the communication was less than superior. After our technician diagnosed the issue, he left you a voicemail message on your office phone (the only number we had), indicating what the issue was and that we would need your approval to special order your part. We did not hear back from you, so our office manager made a follow up call the next week and left another message on your office voicemail. Again, we did not hear back from you, so we assumed your handyman was taking care of it. When you called us weeks later, we discussed this and you gave us your cell phone number as a better way to keep in touch with you. We finally got your approval and then we ordered the part. Our office manager texted you as soon as the part arrived on January 14th and then scheduled the repair for January 16th (via text). We are sorry our initial attempts to contact you were unsuccessful. But once we got a good phone number for you, the communication should not have been an issue anymore. -The Countryside Team
