Matthias and Keegan both were very pleasant and provided clear information about the status of our chimney issues. There was no hard sell but instead a clear description of the problems, our options and costs. After almost 20 years in the house this will be our first repair and upgrade of the chimney so it was not surprising that this would be a significant expense. Our experience with 2nd Generation Chimneys, Inc. so far has been excellent and we look forward to getting the job done.
