Stephen is one of the nicest young men I have ever met. He was just so easy-going, has a very pleasant calm personality, and patiently explained all the intricacies of the heating system so I could understand what he did in servicing the system, and what would improve the equipment and the air I breathe. He didn’t rush the service snd was very conscientious in making sure all was done correctly. It was just a pleasure to work with him.
