Barrett is always A++ in my book. Bo came out on a Sunday for emergency services (I couldn't take the noise any longer!) He was on time, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Bo explained everything, gave an honest quote. Just knowing that the "AC guy" is coming by can make anyone nervous, but I feel that Bartlett is a reputable company that strives to provide reasonable and fair pricing.
