Michael came out on a Friday night, returning my call within 5 minutes. He got my AC working again, cleaned the system completely and even went the extra mile, noticing a refrigerant leak in the line. He fixed the leak and recharged the system, something a typical service person would have ignored in order to get a start on the weekend. Very courteous, timely and professional. And..this was part of a service contract with AAA Modern Air, so there was no $ to be made....just a committment to good service when I bought my unit through AAA Modern Air. Five stars.
