We bought a new gas stove but needed a gas line hookup as our house had the line but had an electric range. The whole process with TE plumbing was excellent. They were very responsive when I texted my questions to their website and even responded back on a Sunday and were able to fit us in on the following Tuesday. Our service tech was TJ. He was very professional friendly and explained the process to us gave us a price, and there was no pressure to have the work done with them, but we decided to have it completed and it was done within less than an hour.

We needed (4) ceiling fans installed in our home and our technician was Johan. He went above and beyond to ensure he communicated the scope of work, pricing and work progress. He was also very easy to conversate with (couldn't have been nicer) and explained the work in detail each step of the way. We're very satisfied with the work completed and after such a wonderful experience, we will turn to TE Certified for any future repairs/general maintenance for our home.
