The service has always been good but this time your technician, Garthe Ellis, went above and beyond what was expected. He taught us how to keep the drains clear and which filters are most effective. Garthe is a tremendous asset to your company and a major reason why we use AAA Modern Air for all of our air conditioning needs.

The technician fixed our minor problem quickly and completely. The only problem was with the scheduling. We were told we would be the first appointment of the day. When no one had arrived by 9am, we phoned and were told there was "a window" of service between 8am and 12 Noon. But the technician did not arrive until 1pm. Normally that would have been upsetting but we were home anyway because of the pandemic.
