Recently Maurice Miller, technician for AAA Modern Air, came out to my house to service my unit. He was excellent! He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing to flush out the drain that was clogged. He did a complete maintenance policy check. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions in a friendly manner. Maurice is definitely a great asset to the company.

Our technician, Irabus Jackson, was wonderful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. No other technician took the time and effort to remove the algae from the coil panel in the unit using a clear hose besides Ira. We look forward to him coming back to the house and servicing the AC unit in December.
