Elijah was professional, polite and prompt, quickly assessed the issues, expertly fixed the issues and did not over charge or add unnecessary work. He indicated techniques to try before taking measures like toilet replacements. To the extent I need to swap the toilet, I will definitely call TE and can hopefully work with Elijah again! Thank you!
