Matt was on time for my appointment, I received a text when he was enroute to my call, and also called me to explain what was wrong with my furnace after diagnosing the problem. He gave me options and pricing as far as what it would cost to repair or do a total replacement.

In frigid temps - and furnace turned off as a safety precaution - Mike was able to respond timely to an air quality concern (CO alarm reading >200ppm). Mike was extremely thorough and double-checked possible sources of CO after firing up the furnace and not tripping an alarm or obtaining a dangerous CO reading. Thankfully, it was discovered that my alarm was faulty and needed replacement. Mike was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent. Grateful.
