The existing chimney condition and all the steps to bring it into optimal operating conditions were explained in great detail. In fact, the project cost was above the first bid we received from another company, but we have moved forward with the 2nd Generation bid because of the detailed conversation we were able to have. We had chimney service in St. Paul in 2020, and ended up needing to have the flue relined. In a new location now, so had an inspection and video done to see if all is well. We have nothing but good things to say. From reception thru on-site service, they are responsive, communicate fully to relate problems, work professionally, and leave the worksite clean. Matthias is professional and a real pleasure to work with.
